Beginning his career in Brooklyn, Hakeem Jeffries ultimately emerged as a major figure in American politics. Following his successful completion of studies at prestigious institutions including Binghamton University and New York University School of Law, he exerted a substantial impact, not only in the realm of business law but also as an ardent political advocate. Early in his transition from law to politics, Jeffries established himself as a leader by serving in the New York State Assembly and, later, the United States House of Representatives.
