Avril is a key person who created and introduced pop-punk music to the industry. In 2002, Avril Lavigne’s debut album called Let Go became the bestselling album of the 21st century that too by a Canadian singer. Avril Lavigne’s hit singles in Let Go called Complicated, and Sk8er took her by storm in the music industry, and she was able to sell more than 15 million copies of the album worldwide.

Avril Lavigne has been married and divorced twice. She was first married to Sum 41’s lead vocalist/rhythm guitarist Deryck Whibley. Avril Lavigne then went on to marry Nickelback’s front man, Chad Kroeger in 2013.
Currently, she is reportedly dating American rapper Mod Sun. The pair also collaborated and released a song called ‘Flames’ in January 2021.
