Cavaliere is an open person regarding fitness, yet quite the opposite when it comes to his family. All we know is that the fitness guru married his partner around 2008.
Eight years later, he and his spouse welcomed their twin sons Jason and Xavier. Following the boys' arrival, Cavaliere revealed he and his wife were busy raising their kids.
On November 1, 2017, he took to Instagram to joke they hadn't had adequate sleep in quite some time.

On the occasion of Mother's Day in 2020, Cavaliere expressed his gratitude towards his partner for being an amazing mother to two growing kids.
The 46-year-old social media personality mentioned that his spouse was more than just the mother of his children. She dubbed her "the entire world" for him and their boys.
The boys will move mountains because of you...after all, they’re watching you do it every day! Happy Mother’s Day. I love you.
Cavaliere further reckoned that their boys would tackle every obstacle in the future because of the path she had laid out for them.
He added they couldn't thank her enough for her selfless and unwavering love and support.
"To our family, you are cherished everyday as our world," he stated, adding they wouldn't know where they would be without her.
