On July 31, 1961, Zaharie Ahmad Shah was born in Penang, Malaysia. It was assumed that his mother was a teacher and his father worked for the government. Zaharie is one of his parents’ nine children. Out of the nine children, Zaharie was the oldest.
The reports claim that Shah was quite close to his extended family. Shah had constructed his own flight simulator at home since he was an avid aviation fan. Shah worked for Malaysia Airlines as an examiner and teacher as well.
Shah has a long history as a pilot and an excellent reputation, yet there has been considerable debate and conjecture over his possible role in Malaysia Airlines Flight 370’s disappearance. Even now, the precise circumstances surrounding the plane’s and its occupants’ disappearance are still unknown.
