When Animals Rescue Corps discovered Anna Ray’s 44 dogs, they were on the verge of collapse due to a lack of basic care and confinement in an inhumane environment.
She was charged with animal cruelty when the ARC located and rescued 44 dogs, including three deceased dogs, from her filthy home. A date for her mental evaluation had been arranged, and she was being held on a $5,000 bond.
