Ana Cabrera is based in New York and anchors CNN Newsroom’s weekend primetime edition. Cabrera covered politics and the midterm elections, the #MeToo movement, and immigration extensively in 2018, interviewing diplomats and lawmakers, legal experts and law enforcement, and speaking with individuals directly affected.
Ana started her career after graduating by working for KCNC-TV and later KMGH-TV. She worked for these two networks until joining KHQ-NBC TV’s affiliates in 2005.
