In the summer of 2013, Amar’e along with sports agents Arn Tellem and Ori Allon also acquired a sizeable stake in Hapoel Jerusalem B.C.

A kosher Israeli wine label called Stoudemire Cellars was also established in February 2018. Three wines from the brand’s first vintage were produced by Kfar Tikvah’s Tulip Winery.
