Allyson Felix is a sprinter from the United States. She made her Olympic debut in the Summer Olympics of 2004. The sprinter performed admirably to win silver in the 200 m. She set a World Junior record in the 200 m at the age of 18 with a time of 22.18.  Allyson competed in the World Championships in Helsinki in 2005, where she became the youngest-ever gold medalist in the 200 m. Similarly, Allyson qualified for the 200 m at the Olympic Trials in 2008 but narrowly missed qualifying for the 100 m. Allyson Felix was also a member of the US women’s team that won the 4 x 400 m relay, earning her an Olympic gold medal. She won the gold medal in the 200 m again at the 2009 World Athletics Championships. This made her the first woman to win her third gold medal at the World Championships in the 200m.

Furthermore, at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, the Sprinter competed in the 100 m, 200 m, 4 100 m relay, and 4 400 m relay. Allyson took gold in the 200 m, 4 100 m relay, and 4 400 m relay. Allyson became the second American woman to win three gold medals in athletics at the Olympics. Felix also competed in the 200m at the 2013 World Championships in Moscow. Furthermore, she suffered a hamstring injury as a result of the experience. At the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics, the sprinter won gold in both the 4 100 m relay and the 4 400 m relay, as well as silver in the 400 m. Her overall Olympic tally now stands at nine – six golds and three silvers. In addition, she won a bronze medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
