Raisman competed in Dancing With the Stars season 16 and finished fourth with two-time champion Mark Ballas. She also appeared with the rest of the Fierce Five in the previous season of DWTS in 2008. In 2009, she competed in the American Classic in San Diego. In 2010, she raced in the American Cup in Worcester, Massachusetts. With a score of 58.565, she finished third at the American Cup in Jacksonville, Florida, in 2011.
In 2012, she competed in the American Cup in New York City, where she finished second with a score of 60.823. After graduating from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts in 2013, she returned to her professional job. At the October national training camp, she returned to gymnastics for the first time since the Olympics in 2014.
She competed again in the City of Jesolo Trophy in late March 2015. She competed in the 2016 City of Jesolo Trophy in March, finishing sixth in the all-around. Raisman came forward in 2017 as one of several victims who had been sexually abused by former Olympic team physician Larry Nassar since they were 15 years old. In 2018, Raisman and the other survivors of the USA Gymnastics sexual abuse scandal were honored with the Arthur Ashe Courage Award.
