Roker met his first sweetheart, Alice Bell, a producer at WNBC, in 1984. For a decade, Roker and Deborah Roberts had a happy marriage, and in 1994, Roker and Deborah Roberts divorced.
Deborah Roberts, a reporter for ABC and NBC, was Roker’s comrade in journalism. Deborah first met him in 1990, when she applied for a reporting post at NBC. Roker is the father of three children, two daughters named Leila and Courtney and a son named Nicholas Albert.
