Adrian presently works for The Boston Globe as a metro columnist majoring in local and regional news along with society and culture since his promotion in 1998. He initially joined the network in 1995 as a deputy political editor and worked for two years before his current role.
Recently in 2021, Adrian was also named an associate editor of the Globe. In 2018, he was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Local Reporting. Adrian’s column appears in the Metro section of the Globe every Monday and Friday. He officially kicked off his career in 1998, as an editor at The Miami News where he worked for seven years.
